STILL VALUED AS THREE-FIFTHS?
Are African Americans still valued as three-fifths of
Whites, as the U. S. Constitution affirms? This would make a fascinating study
for an enterprising sociologist. The data should be readily available to show
if Blacks only enjoy three-fifths of the goodies of society in comparison to
Whites.
